Ultra high bulk board — the same idea as high bulk, pushed further where caliper matters more than surface.

Ultra high bulk trades some surface refinement for more thickness per gram. It suits packs that are judged by how substantial they feel in the hand, and cartons that need rigidity across a large unsupported panel.
Whether ultra high bulk or standard high bulk is the right answer usually comes down to whether the carton is print-led or structure-led. Send us the carton spec and we will say which board makes it.
Typical applications — Structure-led cartons, large-panel packs, applications prioritising caliper over surface

Figures are typical values from mill technical data, not a guaranteed specification. We agree the binding specification with you before the mill runs.
It depends on the mill and the run. Send the specification, the quantity and the discharge port, and it is confirmed with the quotation.
