Interleaving paper for stainless steel sheet and coil, held to tight water-soluble chloride and sulfate limits so it protects the surface instead of staining it.

Stainless steel is interleaved to keep sheets apart through pressing, storage and transit. The paper sits against the metal for weeks at a time, so its chemistry matters more than its strength: residual chlorides and sulfates are what cause pitting and rust bloom on a polished surface.
This grade is specified against both. Water-soluble chloride is held to 180 mg/kg or less and water-soluble sulfate to 150 mg/kg or less, tested to ISO 9197 and ISO 9198. Dust count is controlled to GB/T 1541 — no particles above 0.4 mm², and no more than two in the 0.2–0.3 mm² band per square metre.

The weights we run are 32 g/m². Reel width is slit to your line; anything outside this list depends on the mill and the run, and is confirmed with the quotation.
