PS plates are stacked and shipped with a sheet between them. The requirements mirror CTP work — a clean, low-ash sheet with controlled surface and no hard particles that could emboss the aluminium under stack pressure.
Grammage and reel width are set against your plate size and stacking method. Full technical data and a batch test report are issued with each shipment.
