Medium weight coated / microcoat paper, 60 to 80 g/m², a brighter and bulkier alternative where LWC is not quite enough.

MWC sits between LWC and full coated art. Against LWC at the same grammage it runs brighter — 91 ±1 % against 84 ±1 — and bulkier at 0.88 to 0.91 cm³/g, so a job gains opacity and thickness without moving up in weight.
Gloss is lower than LWC by design, at 26 % and up, which suits work where legibility of text matters as much as image reproduction.
