PE-coatable cup base board, 135 to 320 g/m², supplied at 1.5 or 1.8 bulk so the cup holds its wall stiffness without carrying unnecessary weight.

Cup stock is bought on stiffness per gram, not on grammage alone. That is what bulk measures: the same 250 g/m² board at 1.8 bulk is thicker and stiffer than at 1.5, so the cup stands up with less fibre in it. Both bulk levels are produced, and the choice usually comes down to whether your line is optimised for board thickness or for basis weight.
The board runs from 135 g/m² for lightweight cold-drink cups up to 320 g/m² for large hot cups and lidded containers. Caliper tracks the grammage from about 202 µm to 450 µm.
The parameters that decide whether it converts cleanly are internal bond — it has to survive the rim curl without delaminating — and Cobb, which governs how the PE anchors.
Typical applications — Single and double PE coated paper cups, hot and cold drink cups, lidded food containers

Figures are typical values from mill technical data, not a guaranteed specification. We agree the binding specification with you before the mill runs.
The weights we run are 160 · 210 · 300 · 320 g/m². Reel width is slit to your line; anything outside this list depends on the mill and the run, and is confirmed with the quotation.
Reels or sheets — slit to your line width.
