Carbonless (NCR) paper in CB, CFB and CF plies, matched so the set images evenly down to the last copy.

A carbonless set is three different papers doing three different jobs. CB carries the microcapsules on its back, CF carries the receiving coat on its front, and CFB does both so it can sit in the middle. They only work as a set if their colour development is matched — which is why the plies are specified against each other, not individually.
Colour density is held at ΔE2 ≥ 35 on CB, ΔE5 ≥ 40 and ΔE6 ≥ 37 on CFB, and ΔE6 ≥ 37 on CF. Triple-part colour effect is rated at 80 %, which is the figure that tells you the third copy is still legible.
Supplied for blue and black image systems.

Figures are typical values from mill technical data, not a guaranteed specification. We agree the binding specification with you before the mill runs.
It depends on the mill and the run. Send the specification, the quantity and the discharge port, and it is confirmed with the quotation.
Reels or sheets — slit to your line width.
Full technical data sheet and batch test report on request.
Send the basis weight, the reel width and the monthly volume. You get a quotation from someone who knows the mill, usually within one working day.
